Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity in its majority acquisition of S.J. Electro Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of control solutions for the water and wastewater industry. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on June 28, were not disclosed. The press release is here.

Audax Group has invested over $7 billion in more than 140 platforms and over 975 add-on companies, and is currently investing out of its $3.5 billion, sixth private equity fund.
