Ropes & Gray advised Dunes Point Capital, in the acquisition and merger of Hy-Tek Material Handling and WorldSource Integration. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on March 24, were not disclosed. The press release is here. 

Dunes Point Capital is a family office and private investment firm pursuing control investments in companies operating in the general industrial and business services sectors. DPC targets companies with enterprise values of up to $1 billion. Both Hy-Tek Holdings and WorldSource are material handling automation integrators. Hy-Tek is based in Columbus, Ohio; WorldSource is based in Chicago. 

The Ropes & Gray team that represented Dunes Point Capital was led by private equity partner Kendrick Chow and private equity associate Joshua Coombes (both of Boston).
