Ropes & Gray advised Woolpert, a geospatial, architecture, engineering and services firm, in an investment in the company by MSD Partners in partnership with Woolpert management. In connection with the transaction, Long Point Capital will be exiting its investment in Woolpert. Financial terms of the transaction, which was announced on March 24, were not disclosed.
