Ropes & Gray Adds Janet Coscino, Leading Transactional Attorney, to Chicago Office

Global law firm Ropes & Gray announced the arrival today of private equity and M&A attorney Janet Coscino as counsel in the firm’s 100-lawyer Chicago office. Janet’s addition to Ropes & Gray’s Chicago office further strengthens our roster of talented attorneys serving clients both in the Midwest and around the world.

Janet is a widely respected and skilled attorney whose practice focuses on M&A, private equity and general corporate matters for both private and public companies.

She is experienced representing buyers and sellers of cross-border businesses in various industries, including technology, manufacturing, life sciences, energy and education. Janet regularly advises clients in large-scale mergers, divisional carve-outs, joint ventures and middle market M&A auction acquisitions as well as venture capital investments.
