Finance partner Andrea Hwang is one of five standout finance lawyers, all under 40, featured in Bloomberg Law's series “They’ve Got Next.” Andrea is recognized for her role steering finance aspects of a $1.4 billion technology deal, compromised by the onset of COVID-19 in early 2020. Andrea told Bloomberg: “It was a completely different experience for me to be on a deal where it might’ve turned out the parties didn’t want to close.”
“[Andrea] is someone who is very thoughtful, very thorough in reviewing and thinking through issues,” partner and finance practice co-head Stefanie Birkmann told Bloomberg.
