In Private Equity International, Tsuyoshi Imai Discusses Dealmaking Trends in Japan

“The size, complexity and the sheer volume of deals being completed by PE firms have increased significantly over the last three to four years,” stated Tsuyoshi Imai, Ropes private equity partner and Tokyo office managing partner in Private Equity International.
