Attorneys Co-author 2023 Cybersecurity Overview

Data, privacy, & cybersecurity partners Ed McNicholas and Fran Faircloth co-authored “Global Overview,” a chapter for Lexology’s Cybersecurity 2023. The piece provides a broad analysis of how laws pertaining to cybersecurity are evolving globally to “keep pace with the swiftly developing threat environment, the significant harm suffered as a result of cybersecurity incidents, and the efforts of regulators and companies.”
