Diversity at Ropes & Gray Recognized in Annual Vault Survey

Ropes & Gray ranked highly in categories focused on diversity and inclusiveness in the 2014 Vault Guide. The firm ranked second for overall diversity and is the only Am Law 100 firm to rank in the top five in all of the diversity categories. This is the fifth year in a row that Ropes & Gray ranked in the top five for overall diversity.

Ropes & Gray ranked as follows:

  • #2 for overall diversity
  • #3 for minority diversity
  • #3 for LGBT diversity
  • #3 for diversity for individuals with disabilities
  • #5 for diversity for women

The firm also was recognized for its quality of life in multiple other categories announced last month, including being ranked #2 overall  as “Best Law Firm to Work For” – the sixth straight year Ropes & Gray has ranked in the top three in this category.
