Ropes & Gray Receives Sixth Consecutive Perfect Corporate Equality Index Rating

Ropes & Gray earned a perfect 100 percent rating in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2014 Corporate Equality Index—the sixth consecutive year that Ropes & Gray has achieved this distinction. The national index benchmarks employers with regard to workplace policies related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. The 100 percent rating complements other diversity-related recognition the firm has received during the past year, such as top-five rankings in all 2014 Vault diversity categories and a second consecutive Thomas L. Sager Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
