Two Washington, D.C. based litigation & enforcement partners were honored among Washington’s best lawyers for white collar criminal defense by The Washingtonian. Colleen Conry and Alex Rene ranked among the most highly recommended attorneys in this practice area for 2018.

Colleen has extensive experience in representing multinational corporations and their executives in government investigations of potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export control regulations and anti-money laundering laws, Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, and the various securities fraud statutes, as well as criminal prosecutions for economic espionage or theft of trade secrets. Alex, who is co-chair of the anti-corruption and international risk practice group, and managing partner of the Washington D.C. office, has extensive experience representing corporate entities and their executives in connection with litigation and investigations arising out of white collar criminal prosecutions, grand jury investigations, and corporate compliance matters.
