Mark Barnes, Named a 2020 National Law Journal “Health Care and Life Sciences Trailblazer,” Guides Clients in COVID-19 Response

Mark Barnes, a health care and life sciences partner advising clients through the COVID-19 pandemic, has been named a 2020 Healthcare and Life Sciences Trailblazer by The National Law Journal. The list recognizes “agents of change” in the legal industry, whose work has advanced innovation in the health care and life sciences industries. Mark was also recently named the “Legal Innovator of the Year” by the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers report for his leadership on complex, cutting-edge issues facing the health care and research communities.

Among his many accomplishments, Mark co-founded Vivli, a nonprofit that collects data from clinical trials from companies, hospitals and academic research institutions.
