In the 2021 Vault survey of associates, Ropes & Gray received top rankings for its efforts to promote professional development, create a diverse and inclusive culture, and host a valuable and engaging summer associate program. Notably, the firm received top three rankings in the Best to Work For, Overall Diversity and Pro Bono categories, and for the 10th year in a row, the directory ranked Ropes & Gray number one among U.S. law firms for formal training.
