Law360: Ropes & Gray is a Top Law Firm for Women Attorneys
For a fourth straight year, Ropes & Gray is among Law360’s best law firms for women attorneys in the publication’s Glass Ceiling Report, ranked third in the large law firm category. Firms are ranked by the total percentage of female equity partners. Women comprise 31 percent of Ropes & Gray’s partnership and 45 percent of attorneys at the firm, above legal industry averages.
In September 2020, Working Mother magazine named Ropes & Gray one of the “Best Law Firms for Women”, a list that honors law firms that utilize best practices for hiring, retaining, promoting and developing women lawyers. This summer, Ropes & Gray was named to The National Law Journal’s 2020 “NLJ500 Women’s Scorecard,” a ranking of the largest U.S. law firms by representation of women attorneys. Yale Law Women also named Ropes & Gray a top law firm in 2020 for “Women in Leadership,” acknowledging the many women attorneys at the firm who hold leadership positions.
