For a fifth consecutive year, Law360 recognized Ropes & Gray as one of the best law firms for women lawyers in its Glass Ceiling Report, and it ranked the firm top three in its chart of firms with the most women equity partners.

Women comprise 32 percent of Ropes & Gray’s partnership and 46 percent of attorneys at the firm, above legal industry averages.

For a second consecutive year, Ropes & Gray was also recognized on Working Mother magazine’s “Best Law Firms for Women” list. The list honors law firms that utilize best practices for hiring, retaining, promoting and developing women lawyers. 

In 2021, Ropes & Gray was also named to The National Law Journal’s “NLJ500 Women’s Scorecard,” a ranking of the largest U.S. law firms by representation of women attorneys, which recognizes the best law firms for female attorneys.
