Chambers & Partners Shortlists Ropes & Gray as a "Private Equity Firm of the Year" and "Healthcare Firm of the Year"

Chambers & Partners shortlisted Ropes & Gray for “Private Equity Firm of the Year” and “Healthcare Firm of the Year” awards. The winners will be announced at the upcoming Chambers USA awards on May 26. Ropes & Gray is renowned for having market-leading private equity and health care practices. 

The firm’s global private equity practice advises sponsors, investors and companies executing ambitious and complex transactions around the globe. In 2021, Ropes & Gray guided clients in 220 private equity-backed deals valued at more than $200 billion. In the first quarter of 2022, Ropes & Gray’s streak continued; the firm guided 52 private equity-backed deals to signing, valued at roughly $33 billion including 19 middle-market transactions valued at $6 billion.
