Ropes & Gray received the top award for law firm culture in the 2022 Yale Law Women “Top Firms Report.” The “Culture” award honored the firm for having “good work-life balance, community engagement and work environments that prioritize health and wellness.”
The award also recognizes Ropes & Gray’s longstanding commitment to ambitious pro bono work. Yale Law Women writes: “Many lawyers have an appetite for engaging in advocacy within both their firms and larger communities.
