In 2021, Ropes & Gray advised on 290 secondaries transactions valued at over $110 billion across fund recapitalizations, preferred equity deals, single-asset recapitalizations, spinouts and classic secondaries transactions. 2021 marked the fourth consecutive year that Ropes & Gray has been highly ranked in Secondaries Investor’s report.
