Angela Becker and Elizabeth Todd Recognised in MergerLinks’ Rising Stars Series

Private equity partners Angela Becker and Elizabeth Todd have been included in MergerLinks’ Rising Stars series, which celebrates the top 30 young lawyers most active on UK private equity deals.

Angela regularly advises private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions including acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, disposals, co-investments, minority investments and public-to-private transactions. She recently advised Jacobs Engineering on the acquisition of PA Consulting from Carlyle and on Yellow Wood Partners’ acquisition of the ex-US Dr. Scholl’s business from Reckitt Benckiser.

Elizabeth works with sophisticated investors, large corporations and financial institutions on cross-border and UK transactions including private and public M&A, co-investments, joint ventures and direct investments. Her recent deals include TSG Consumer Partners’ acquisition of Cadogan Tate and a £2bn acquisition of Tricor by funds affiliated with BPEA EQT.
