Briana Armand joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2023 and practices primarily in the asset management group.
During law school, Briana was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and served on the board of the Black Law Students Association, the International Law and Relations Organization, and the Women of Color Collective. Additionally, Briana interned with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Prior to law school, Briana supported corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and pro bono at a top finance law firm and previously held her Series 6 & 63 securities licenses.
