Lisa Angeles is an associate in the firm’s finance practice, based in the New York office. She advises clients on a variety of fund-level financings, including asset-based lending facilities, net asset value facilities, capital call facilities, and other bespoke liquidity solutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Lisa was a finance associate in the New York office of another global law firm.
Lisa received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. She served as managing editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was named an E. Nathaniel Gates Scholar.
Lisa maintains an active commitment to the legal profession beyond her practice. She serves on the Judiciary Committee of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York.

- Represented an alternative asset manager, as borrower, in connection with an $800 million multi-level liquidity facility financing the acquisition of a secondaries asset.*
- Represented a major financial institution, as borrower, in connection with a $100 million NAV facility, secured by cash flows from a diversified pool of secondaries assets.*
- Represented a major financial institution, as lender, in connection with a $1 billion financing to a business development company, supported by a diversified pool of loan receivables.*
- Represented a major financial institution, as lender, in connection with a $1 billion hybrid credit facility provided to a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle, secured by capital commitments and a diversified pool of loan receivables.*
