Rebecca Arrowood joins Ropes & Gray with a multidisciplinary background spanning law, business, and behavioral health. Before entering the legal field, Rebecca earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting & Finance and Psychology, followed by a master’s degree in Professional Counseling. She went on to work as a mental health and substance use therapist before transitioning into human resources leadership, where she managed compliance matters, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
During law school, Rebecca gained experience across both the public and private sectors, including internships with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, where she worked with Chief Justice Kimberly S. Budd, and with the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She also served as a summer associate at Ropes & Gray, where she supported matters involving asset management and employment policy. Rebecca looks forward to drawing on her diverse professional foundation to support clients with nuanced, practical insight.
