Stephanie Guzmán Arnaud joined Ropes & Gray as a litigation & enforcement associate focusing on antitrust matters. Prior to her arrival at the firm, Stephanie clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Román at the Southern District of New York. She was previously an antitrust associate in the New York office of a global law firm where she advised a variety of clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances, government investigations, and litigation. She has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including life sciences and health care, consumer goods, telecommunications, energy, sports, financial services, and aerospace and defense. Stephanie advised pro bono clients on immigration and civil rights matters.

During law school, Stephanie was a production editor for the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law and was a student attorney for both the Immigrant Rights and Gender and Sexuality Clinics. Additionally, Stephanie served on student senate, as the mentorship chair of Latinx Law Students Association, and competed in Asylum and Refugee Law moot court. Stephanie was a teaching assistant for both professors Jane Ginsburg and Cynthia Godsoe. At graduation, Stephanie was awarded the Allan G. Murrow Prize, which is awarded to the student who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in the furtherance of LGBTQ+ rights.

  • Dole plc in its proposed but terminated $293 million sale to Fresh Express, Inc.*
