Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Ananya practiced as an attorney in India. In India, Ananya advised and represented banks, non-banking finance companies, alternative investment funds, insolvency resolution professionals in a wide variety of matters, including structured finance, private credit, real estate finance transactions, and restructuring and corporate insolvency resolution processes.
