Anne is a senior funds attorney practicing in the asset management group. She joined Ropes & Gray in 1999 and worked in the tax and benefits department focusing on international tax planning, private equity funds and other private investment opportunities, executive compensation, ERISA, and employee benefits. She now focuses primarily on analyzing and negotiating private equity and other private investment opportunities for investing clients.

Anne rejoined the firm in 2023 after working at a globally significant financial institution, where she was a senior vice president, senior managing counsel and the bank’s first head of conduct standards.  As a senior executive, Anne headed a global team responsible for the implementation of company-wide compliance, HR and legal programs, including the bank’s first conduct office and governance framework for the investigation and resolution of conduct cases. She served on the bank’s executive risk, conduct, and corporate responsibility committees, leading transformative programs in risk management and corporate culture, and advising senior management on the human capital aspects of strategic initiatives.
