Gueinah C. Blaise joined Ropes & Gray’s asset management group in 2024 and works primarily works with sponsor-side and limited partner (LP) private funds clients.
While attending Columbia Law School, Gueinah served as vice president of First-Generation Professionals and as mentorship chair of the Latinx Law Students Association (LALSA). She was also a staff writer for A Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual (JLM). Her experience includes serving as an extern in the labor department of Major League Baseball (MLB) and as a legal intern at the National Football League (NFL).
Prior to law school, Gueinah worked as a paralegal at a boutique litigation law firm in New York City.
