Haley is an associate in Ropes & Gray's corporate department. Haley's work focuses on transactional matters, primarily with private equity firms in mergers, acquisitions and similar transactions.
Haley completed her JD at Washington University School of Law where she served as a notes editor for Washington University Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the First Amendment Clinic.
