Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ibrahim was one of the firm’s 1L Diversity Fellows in 2022. Now part of the corporate department, he handles complex matters relating to intellectual property transactions and licensing, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions.
During law school, Ibrahim expanded his expertise as a legal extern at a Boston real estate law firm, where he focused on zoning, permitting, leasing, and litigation. A lifelong Boston resident, he earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and graduated cum laude from Northeastern University with a degree in Political Science.
Fluent in Krio and Fulani, Ibrahim is passionate about mentorship and community impact, and bringing a well-rounded perspective to his clients and his work.
