Luke Bittar is an associate in Ropes & Gray's private funds group in the San Francisco office. Luke assists on a broad range of transactions including the representation of fund sponsors, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other private funds in connection with various fundraising, structural, operational, regulatory, and compliance matters.

During law school, Luke served as an article’s editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He also served as an intern at the U.S. Small Business Administration in the Financial Law and Lender Oversight Department and a teaching fellow for Professor Jeffery Zhang.
