Lynn Bager joined Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group in 2021. Her practice involves civil litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement matters. Lynn also supports the firm’s pro bono efforts. Lynn returned to the firm in 2024 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Martini of the U.S District Court for the District of New Jersey.

During law school, Lynn interned for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. She also served as a research assistant in criminal law topics for Professor Stephen Schulhofer and as a teaching assistant for property and legal writing classes. Prior to law school, Lynn worked as a paralegal for a global immigration law firm.
