Zane Baker joined the Ropes & Gray benefits consulting group in 2022. Zane works closely with the consulting group to produce analytical, administrative, and detail-oriented support for both for-profit and tax-exempt employers. Zane assists in maintaining the employer/vendor relationship by providing efficiency in communication and advises employers on the administration of both health & welfare and retirement plans. He also provides support on all aspects of the Request for Proposal process for third-party service providers.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Zane earned a BA in economics from New York University.
