Coles Cotter joined Ropes & Gray’s alternative asset opportunities team in 2025. While in law school, Coles worked as a legal intern at a global insurance brokerage firm, participated in Boston University School of Law’s Compliance Clinic and served on the boards of the Women’s Law Association and the Business Law Association.
Prior to law school, Coles worked as a business analyst at a global investment management and financial services company.
