Jeremy is a corporate associate in in the firm’s asset management group. His practice is primarily focused on assisting fund sponsors, private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, and other private funds with a diverse array of fundraising, formation, compliance, structuring, and regulatory matters.
During law school, Jeremy served as an editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
