Jungje Choi joined Ropes & Gray in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s antitrust group, where he assists with domestic and foreign premerger matters for a range of clients.
Before joining Ropes & Gray, Jungje worked as an associate attorney at a boutique litigation firm where he represented financial institutions in matters of commercial litigation and creditor-side bankruptcy.
Prior to law school, Jungje worked as a mergers & acquisitions clearance assistant at a global law firm where he assisted in the preparation of several hundred Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification filings for private equity clients.
