Kevin advises U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors in connection with alternative investments, including investments in private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and separately managed accounts, as well as co-investments. His clients include funds of funds, university endowments, family offices, and other institutional investors.
Kevin also has extensive experience advising U.S. and non-U.S. private equity and venture capital sponsors on a variety of matters, including the formation, offering, governance, and ongoing operations of private investment funds, as well as the internal economic and governance arrangements for those clients.
Kevin also has experience representing registered investment companies and their independent trustees, as well as investment advisers, in regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
