Maddie Cubbon is an associate in Ropes & Gray's private equity M&A group. Maddie trained at the firm's London office and gained experience in the private equity M&A, antitrust, leveraged finance, tax and asset management departments. Maddie has a range of experience acting for private equity and corporate investors on international and domestic M&A transactions as well as advising on general corporate law and governance matters. Between 2021 and 2022, Maddie spent six months on secondment to GHO Capital Partners, a specialist investor in global healthcare, acting as a member of GHO’s in-house legal team.
