Molly joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2023.
While in law school, Molly interned for the United States Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division and the Peace Corps’ Office of the General Counsel. She was a managing editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, a research assistant for legal writing professor Diana Donahoe, and an application reader for the class of 2026. Molly also served as the chair of the student board for Georgetown’s Early Outreach Initiative, which seeks to connect with high school students in underserved communities and create a pipeline to law school. She participated in the Health Justice Alliance Clinic, providing pro bono legal services for low-income families. Molly was one of two recipients of the Dean’s Achievement Award for invaluable leadership and outstanding contributions to the Georgetown community. She also received a Dean’s Certificate and earned special pro bono honors.
Molly worked in communications at Bank of America prior to law school. At Amherst College, she played field hockey and ice hockey.
