Nicole Cors is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group. Nicole focuses on representing private fund sponsors in connection with the formation and structuring of private funds, regulatory compliance and governance matters. She provides guidance in the formation and operation of a broad range of investment products designed for institutional and high net worth investors, including in the real estate, credit and private equity sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an asset management associate in the Chicago office of another international law firm. 

While at Georgetown University Law Center, Nicole served as a legal research and writing Law Fellow and advised a sustainability advocacy non-profit through Georgetown’s Non-Profit and Social Enterprise Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Nicole worked as a financial analyst at a multinational technology and services company.
