Vania Cornelio joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 as an associate in the firm’s asset management group. She regularly advises fund sponsors in connection with formation, fundraising, governance, regulatory and compliance matters. Her practice focuses on advising fund sponsors on private equity funds, co-investment vehicles, and continuation vehicle transactions. Vania’s experience includes a wide range of investment strategies, including private equity, credit, real estate, venture and technology. Vania also has pro bono experience assisting individuals in applying for asylum through her work with PAIR.
Prior to joining the firm, Vania worked at another global law firm in their business immigration department.
