Declan is an associate in the antitrust practice group. Declan’s practice is focused on advising domestic and multinational clients on their obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, international merger control regimes, and recently enacted state premerger notification statutes.
Declan has prepared complex filings on behalf of private equity firms and their portfolio companies, public companies, and other clients across a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, consumer goods, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, software & information technology, aerospace & engineering, renewable energy, and biotechnology.
