Prior to joining the firm, Harry trained at and practiced in the capital markets practice of another large international law firm and completed a secondment at a multinational insurance and reinsurance company.
Harry’s experience spans across a broad range of capital market transactions and includes OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance transactions.
