Jasmine Davis joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022. Jasmine’s work includes capital markets, intellectual property transactions and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and venture investments. She also regularly participates in the firm’s pro bono practice.
While at Howard University School of Law, Jasmine served as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property Trademark Clinic, where she assisted small businesses with trademark registration. Jasmine also served as a legal intern at an entertainment law firm, where she assisted the firm in transactional matters for clients in film/television and music industries. In addition, Jasmine has gained in-house experience, interning for Amazon Studios on their marketing legal team, and MACRO.
Prior to law school, Jasmine worked as a legal assistant at a special education law firm in Washington, D.C.
