Jessica is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s life sciences regulatory and compliance practice. She represents life sciences companies at all stages of product discovery, development, and commercialization, including medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology product manufacturers regulated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and related laws. She regularly provides counsel on issues involving regulatory strategy and compliance, regulatory risk management, and product development, promotion, and recalls. She also advises clients in corporate transactions and complex internal investigations. She draws on a technical biotechnology background with a focus on rare diseases, cell and gene therapies, and in vitro diagnostics. 

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Jessica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Jessica attended the University of Virginia School of Law, completed graduate studies in Columbia University’s biotechnology program, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame.
