Lisa Dorfman joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2025 and practices in the private equity group.
During law school, she served as executive articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced corporate law in the New York office of another global law firm. She also has experience in litigation and in legal publishing and legal journalism. She currently serves on the Trademarks & Unfair Competition Committee at the New York City Bar Association.
