Maria Giulia De Cesari regularly represents private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, disposals and other investment transactions. She has advised on a number of notable deals in the Italian market across many industries, including consumer goods, food, financial services, energy, and industrials. Maria Giulia also advises global and domestic clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance, and has been seconded (GC) to a primary private equity funds portfolio company operating as a pharma CDMO.
