Peter Diliberti is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group. He has experience in complex commercial disputes, administrative appeals, and litigation due diligence. Peter’s litigation experience includes drafting complaints, responsive pleadings, and motions (including dispositive motions), as well as managing written discovery and document production. He works with a varied group of clients, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, health care companies, and financial institutions.

Peter is a graduate of St. John’s University (MN) and Boston College Law School. During law school, he interned with the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, worked as a student attorney in the Boston College Legal Services LAB, and served as a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
