Rex Dyches is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s tax, employment, and benefits practice group in Chicago.

Prior to joining the firm, Rex attended the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as a comments editor for the University of Chicago Law Review. While in law school, Rex coauthored an amicus brief with a faculty member that was filed in a tax appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He also represented clients as a student attorney in the Employment Law Clinic and argued on behalf of an indigent client before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
