Samantha Das joined Ropes & Gray’s D.C. office in 2022 and practices in the health care group. Samantha’s work includes regulatory, compliance, transactional, and governance advice to a broad range of health care clients, including universities and academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and investors.
While at Suffolk University Law School, Samantha was a summer associate at Ropes & Gray’s Boston office in 2021, where she also handled matters in the health care group and interned at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau’s housing practice group as part of the summer program in 2020. Samantha was also a member of Suffolk’s National Health Law Moot Court Team and was a SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney at Suffolk’s Health Law Clinic. Samantha served as editor in chief for the Suffolk Journal of Health & Biomedical Law, where her case comment was published in June 2021. She was also a Co-Associate Director of the Academics Affairs Committee for the Student Bar Association and was chosen to be a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant.
