Oceania Eshraghi joined Ropes & Gray in 2025 and practices in the corporate department.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Oceania served as an advanced clinical student in the Harvard Law International Human Rights Clinic. Oceania also served as a student attorney for the Harvard Law Prisoner Legal Assistance Project, where she represented incarcerated clients at disciplinary and parole hearings before the Massachusetts Parole Board.

Experience

  • Advised Samsonite Group in its agreement to acquire BÉIS, the digitally native lifestyle and travel brand founded by actress Shay Mitchell, for approximately $210 million.
  • Represented New Mountain Capital, an alternative investment firm:
    • and its portfolio company Azuria Water Solutions in the acquisition of Waterline Renewal Technologies, a Behrman Capital portfolio company.
    • in its $1.125 billion acquisition of SAM Company, a Managed Geospatial Services™ provider, with an additional $25 million post-closing earnout.
  • Advised Stride Consumer Partners LLC, a growth equity investment firm focused on passion brands in consumer products and services, as lead investor in Crown Affair’s Series C funding round.
  • Represented affiliates of American Industrial Partners in the acquisition of Honeywell Technologies’ warehouse and workflow solutions business Intelligrated.
