Bryan Frederick is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate health care group. Bryan provides regulatory and transactional counseling on all aspects of state and federal healthcare laws impacting hospitals and health systems.

While earning graduate degrees in law and public health at the University of Michigan, Bryan served as a legal intern at the Los Angeles LGBT Center Immigration Law Project. He was also a senior editor of the Michigan Law Review. As part of his health management training, Bryan created the operational plan for a fast-track clinic in the emergency department of a large health system.

Prior to law school, Bryan was a social worker for a large health system where he primarily worked with at-risk LGBT youth experiencing homelessness. In this role, he provided direct patient services and developed systems for managing and evaluating community health programs.
