Fiona Fei is an associate in the alternative asset opportunities group of Ropes & Gray. She has advised a variety of investment advisors throughout Asia in fund formation and other related internal funds issues. She has also assisted institutional investors such as sovereign wealth funds and family offices in their investment into private equity funds. She also has extensive experiences with assisting clients with their investments into single project co-investment funds and separately managed accounts (SMA).
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Fiona was a graduate associate with a leading international law firm in its Shanghai office, where she assisted leading multi-national companies with foreign direct investment, general corporate and merger & acquisition matters. Fiona graduated top of her class in Fudan University and has passed the PRC Bar Exam with a high score. Fiona received an LLM degree from Columbia University and is admitted to practice in New York.
